I recently ordered a can of Hardwax Oil and a can of Finishing Oil. I haven’t had a chance to use either extensively yet, although they seem like high quality products from initial inspection. I would like to comment on Grand’s customer service. There was an issue with my original shipment, it seemed to be taking a long time and the tracking info wasn’t updating. I emailed them about the problem and the owner himself replied. The shipper had neglected to scan the package properly at some point and it couldn’t be located. Jonah expedited a new shipment to me and I had it in my hands two days after reaching out. I would highly recommend Grand Finishing Systems for the customer service alone!
